General Settings:

-Set Everyone's Clantag
-Change Spawn Text
-Change Max Player Limit
-Message of the Day, Player Connect Text (bottom left), and permanent text for lobby
-Spawning Stance

-Change Primary and Secondary Weapon

he do it with the patch editor.
Its not difficult to do that with patch makers

I hate to be a hater but you use iHc Patch Editor. That takes no skill at all.
