To open menu walk backwards and press DPAD UP
DPAD UP/DOWN - Scroll up and down through menu options
DPAD LEFT/RIGHT - Scroll left and right through sub-menus
X - To select an option
BACK BUTTON - Calls Killstreak while the menu is open, to see scoreboard close the menu.

If you get stuck in the Teleport Menu then walk backwards and DPAD UP. This will bring you to the main menu.

Keep scrolling right or left until you see "Press X to exit menu" to close the menu.
