Yes I know. But I am saying you are a level 23. You need to lower your standards before you expect to get good people. I assume the only reason people bought premium were because all of the titles and emblems you could achieve through elite. Some people bought premium because they are hardcore gamers. I am just trying to say that not many high levels or people with that good of stats that you are asking for want to be in a clan level of that. I'm going to be honest I only join clans that are level +35. I almost meet your clan requirements but yet I dont really want to join because of the level. I have nothing against that you want skilled players, but I am just trying to help.
