the stock pick you used doesnt really fit the text you used nor deos it fit the color of the text you used. Infact this stock would be hard for anyone to add text to its not really a good bg to use.

I agree, although here your text is entirely unreadable (at parts), it really wouldn't matter what kind of stock you used unless it was a whole lot lighter. I recommend against using stocks as backgrounds anyways (especially when you have text). For this kind of text (which is done nicely, just dark and I've seen plenty of tutorials on it) I would recommend something a lot simpler, or at least keep the effects away from the background. Also I would love that stock if you have a copy of it would you mind sending it to me or telling me where you got it from?
