Yes, don't boost. Joke
There is no way you will get away with boosting in MW3 from this date to near future, they have a team who monitors everyone and they see if they have been boosting with headshots/xp amounts gained or tactical insertions.

It's near enough impossible to not be banned for boosting atm

best bet is to turn off theather recording and see what happens from there
