Yeah,that will be good for your stuff you will get like maybe 50fps on minecraft and 20-40 fps on dayz

The iMac will be a good choice for all of what you listed, but you can get a PC that does the same for hundreds of dollars cheaper. Go to the PC support forum and ask this question there.

Well you need 30fps on any game to run the game stable,if you could on a mac change the graphics card to Nvidia,if you can.
