Hi Basically are these good enough spec's and also good FPS as well if not which one and what should i get Thanks :

It'll play it fine, though, depending on what price you're getting it at, a 7950 ( can be found at $280 ) would be a better buy.

Anti Aliasing, it clears the edges of objects in the game. Smooths what would normally be choppy/blocky edges. Not completely noticeable.

It is a in-game setting, it is no separate charge.
