Does anyone know of anyways to talk to some xbox employees, not the phone number or the forums, an e-mail or something of that nature
I got banned but i don't mod so what happened

You did something that Violated the Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct. Microsoft doesn't just ban people for no reason.

The only way you can unban a console right now is if it is RGH'ed/Jtag'ed/XDK or unless you convince XBLPET to unban it, or your a member of XBLPET. You also agreed to the Terms of Use, and you deserve the ban.
