What game? MW2? If so , the odds are very low. IW is more focused on MW3 now ,so you won't have to worry. At least half of my friends list is 10th 70 now.

yeah they don't care I host lobbies for hours a day and nothing happens its a very slim chance and make it invite only just in case there is a worker for IW or M$ in the lobby

banned your kidding me my friends are hosting challenge lobbys now IW stped watching the mw2 servers awhile back you wont get banned odds are very low
