Imo, I don't really like it.. I couldn't read the words at first, the bubble wont be able to be seen since they're far out. Sorry.

Bubles are easily seen. And its the theme of the art. Faded and blended

I need feedback asap!

5/10 red and yellow don`t work so well and you probaly won`t see the bubbles because off how far out they are.
The text is hard to read at first.

I see you have tried something different here and to be honest I don't think it has work particularly well, it looks like you have just used brushes and text and an eraser tool. Also there is a lot of blank space in the background you should try and fill this for reasons that you are trying to draw peoples attention to the channel and with a more fuller background it will be better done! Good try but I think the text just is hard to read and looks messy and the effect could have been exacted a lot better.
