i have no catus on my map and i need them to make green wool how can i find them or make them spawn?

Just look at your map until you find sand, travel to sand and you should soon find Cactus's, Also you might need to explore a little more. If you still can't, my friend told me he had literally no Cactus's on his world, therefore... You might be in the same boat as him.
