If anybody knows this, please help out.
Can microsoft take legal action against you 10th hacking and if so how?
if they can't do more than ban your kv then it's alright for me to buy one so I need an answer

No they wont, they would have to sue a lot of peopele, it just breaks their ToS.
It's not against the law to do the 10th hack...

if you get found out about by like ms and your wanted etc you will be put in court or something but its VERY rare too get caught.

People who make jtag's would be more responsible to go to court, they could go to court with you, and or the seller but they wont because jtaggers' moders of anysort bring them the money, wich is more than half way more so you have no worries about going to court
