Title says all. Also it's a circle scratch on the disc ..

From what you say your disk is laser burned.

use a friends disk of the same game and install it to the hdd then your scratched disk will play from the hdd (if your friend does not have the game rent it from a game shop)

Sounds to me like your disc is burned.

Try a local pawn shop, sometimes they fix discs
