same thing was happening to me, found out that some how my cap card when ever i started to record would cause it.

are you doing anything at the time that you are getting disconnected. and if you are still getting disconnected unplug your modem for a little over 30 minutes, and that should help a lot. or if you're impatient just unplug your modem over night. it should hopefully reroute your IP and your problem should be fixed

Same here for me. But the internet in my area has been acting up due to something being struck by lighting. But it is still acting up every once and a while. Like when my phone rings i get disconnected
