You sir, have been hacked. Jagex will not help you in anyway as it can ONLY be your fault if you were dumb enough to get hacked. Sorry to sound harsh but it's true.

All you can do now is run virus scans, malware scans and change your password on anything you use.

Im Dumb? My computer is nearly empty except for runescape and google chrome!! I dont download any other thing about runescape except for the client. I dont see how i magically get hacked that easy.

There is no live chat.
There is no phone number.

Only thing you can do is post in the forums that you got hacked and they can try to locate the IP on who hacked you.
But you won't get your items back, I'm 100% sure on that.

Virus scans/Change passwords/Look at processes is mainly all you can do.
If you want to be 100% safe and get rid of it, format your computer.

There really isn't anything you can do. Just don't download anything and just keep playing and you will have your money back soon.

But just how can you get hacked? I just don't get it.
You don't just get hacked by a random person without telling anyone your password or downloading a keylogger.

My runescape account has had a VERY simple password ever since I started playing in 05. Never hacked even though somebody could do it with ease.

I'm really trying not to sound harsh to you, but you must have done something or told somebody something, people don't just randomly guess your password, they don't even try guessing it as it's so silly to do so.

U dont need to download things u can just go through a java drive by and bam you got a virus.

Its happened before. I was hacked before but a long time ago. i dont even remeber how it could of back then. But. im done with runescape anyway. i can take anymore of this getting lured. keylogged. and then have to change my pass over and over again. its to much for me.

Theres a lot of stuff that can get you virus' without downloading.

Phishing sites, java drive bys, etc.

Jagex doesnt have a phone number or anything.

Didnt you check the ip at the top when you logged in?
