When i try sign into Xbox Live it says that 'i have been suspended due to a problem with your payment option' and it wont let me sign in, and when i try to remove the crdit card it wont let me and i tried on the xbox website and it also doesnt let me, help?

I had this EXACT problem.
All it means is that you owe money to them.
You have to activate another credit card and pay what you owe them, then your account will work.

Yeah that would be the best idea because they could assist you further. 1-800-4MY-Xbox is the number.

Call Xbox and tell them your problem. They'll figure it out.
