So a long time ago, my account was hacked(stolen) and the person who stole it put a parental controls email on it. I called microsoft and they game me the details and I got my account back. Problem is that I cant change the privacy settings without the password for the parent account. I know nothing about the account and its details so is there any way of getting it removed? thnx

Try calling microsoft back,if they cant help you your account is stuck with the controls.
