PC's, depending on the brand, are built pretty much any where, including parts. CPU's, Graphics Cards and all the technical stuff is usually made in Japan. Cases and accessories are built sometimes in China + Malaysia.

Macs are gonna get viruses soon enough then i will be laughing with my 3 laptops which combined cost less than a mac. Well i think since it equals to about $1900 dollars one dell and 2 toshibas

Mac -> pre-built, great industrial design, UNIX operating system with free developer tools for a wide variety of languages included with the operating system. Runs pretty much any open source software for *nix systems (including just about all software that runs on Linux systems), large parts of the OS are open source. Generally uses established open standards under the hood with an easy-to-use GUI tool for regular users.

Wintel machine -> You have to research carefully when building or buying since everyone claims their machine/component is the greatest thing since sliced bread, Operating system that is the damn offspring of VMS and OS/2 with some MS-DOS legacy crap baked in, if you want the full-fledged developer tools from the OS manufacturer you have to pay hundreds of dollars for them or settle for free alternatives. Operating system is almost completely proprietary. Frequently uses proprietary MS-only "standards" or extensions to standards that make the implementation incompatible with other operating systems.

Ok, prove it. Find me a pre-built PC with the following specs for less than $999 (half the price of the equivalent mac ):
Quadcore i5, 3.1GHz
27" IPS monitor @ 2560x1440 resolution
4 GB 1333MHz RAM (expandable to at least 16 GB)
Radeon HD 6970M 1 GB

(Here's a hint: the 27" monitor alone will cost you $700+)
