On cod 4 you can but its codes that only the host can use if u want to host were you and everyone can get a mod menu then yeah you need two ps3 mate

Im buying a 3.15 or lower so would i just have to download the 3.55 OFW in the Thread, then update via Storage Media, then repeat again but with the 3.55 CFW?

What you would do is update to 3.55 OFW first then update to 3.55 CFW all via Storage media because if u update it via interent then you will just update to 4.21
