Also Will This Run Games Like Just Cause 2, Battlefield 3, And Skyrim Smoothly?

3.60GHz, 4MB L2 Cache
*8GB DDR3 SDRAM system memory
*1TB SATA hard drive
*NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 Graphics
With 1GB video memory, DVI, HDMI and VGA capabilities
*24x DVD+/-R/RW drive

Eww.
If you want to play modern games, this rig isn't for you. It may be good for CoD4, maybe MW2, but you'll struggle playing MW3, BF3, Skyrim, etc.
The only reason I know this is my one of my friends has this card, as well as a similar build to the one listen, and can barely play MW2 with it, forget about Skyrim or BF3.

Drop the 8gb ram to 4gb and save your money. Get a better Graphics Card. Thats a start.

The GT520 performs like the integrated graphics on Ivy Bridge. If you fill out the form and read the OP here, I can help you get something that doesn't suck.
