I was wondering if there is any way to unlock the winter camo and the other founder stuff without having founder status? Please tell me if there is or isn't! Thanks.

no, unless you get it modded which is not likely to happen with the extremely high chance of being banned. I heard someone can do it on se7ensins but they charge a fortune
