No you can't. You can, however, host XP lobbies.

Yes, yes you can if you have am RGH with a Dev kernel. I hosted two online challenge lobby's them stiped because console bans were being issued....
Edit: It is almost completely unlikely though as the kind of set up I have (Rgh with a dec kernel) is really exspinsive. Few people can get there hands on a dev kernel also
