Well, he deserves it. She is the teacher, show respect. Unless she curses at you or hits you, you have no right to do anything like that to her. The cupcake was a projectile that hit her. I can see where assault charges could come in. Maybe he will learn. Being a bully isn't cool, and a prank like that was being a bully.

i was looking at last years yearbook and she looked like she was going to kill or hurt someone.

There are teachers that are cranky, doesn't mean you go and disrespect them like that. I've had teachers the same way, but not once did I ever come close to disrespecting them. You have a problem with them, get out of that class or file a complaint to the school board. Doing things like that will get you into much deserved trouble.

Actually i think she got kicked out of my school district.
