Not necessarily, just because he can repair computers doesn't mean he can code in HTML/CSS.

Just because he knows about computer hardware, doesn't mean he knows anything about software... and even if he did who was to say the language he'd know would be HTML?
Or CSS?

I know a lot about computer hardware... and I can't code HTML OR CSS..


Also... godaddy is a domain provider and hoster... not a freelance web designer lmao.
