Man, I just hit 10 days 3 hours and I am 52 3rd prestige. Though I did spend a lot of time in 1v1 dicking around, and when i first got hte game I was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meaning my kd was under .4 and my accuracy was barely 5% because it was my first fps on console.

I have 8 days & I'm 3rd. I stayed in 1st for about 2weeks.
I've decided to go into 4th & then stop there.

You don't know how this banning thing works.

You only get banned if people file complaints on you. Microsoft themselves have no way of knowing who does it, they rely on file complaints.

that and i've heard that their looking at the mw2 records and checking if the scores/kills/time played matches the lowest level tenth prestige..
