There is a myth that if you die in your dreams that you will die in real life but I personally don't believe in it.

In that case, you're heart rate will be slowed and when you die, you won't witness you will suddenly be in another dream with no recollection until you wake up.

I have except when i died in my dream it was weird because i felt all relaxed then i suddenly woke up and i was feeling very odd !

I've died in a dream once, I couldn't breathe for almost a minute after I woke up. It was horrible. It kept happening to me over and over. Worst experience of my life.

I've been near to dying in my dreams quite a few actually being chased etc.. then I wake up and shake you can also have dreams where you actually wake up and have to check if it happened or not eg: A pet dying (I think i've experienced that)
