Get a can of compressed air for $10 can spray the intake grills of on the side/bottom of the laptop for the sake of removing dust and getting cooler temperatures.

not a good idea as compressed air in a can may have some water when you spray it

If you hold it up straight you'd be able to avoid this problem.

Wow you definitely need to invest in a laptop cooling pad or you will end up frying your motherboard.

Tip - Don't put your laptop on your bed/couch or on the floor. Make sure its on a hard flat surface where it has room to ventilate on the bottom.

103 degrees? You're past the boiling point (100 C). If you put a pan full of water on top of your laptop, the heat from your laptop could boil the water. I would suggest getting a new computer at this point, or get some kind of cooling pad.
