Hello, my name is Lieutenant NOTORIOUSPKL and I am glad to announce the Re-opening of LSLE! As many may recall we where the biggest clan on GTA IV, with an estimated 180 active members. We are still run by the same Commissioner who is a Lieutenant in the Maricopa County Police Department.
