has anyone ever been banned for not turning off theater recording while playing vault mods

You can not get ban for Vault Mods.
Only way you will get ban from CMR's are if you did the online glitch.

Trust me i had a conversation with some people from the IW enforcer team a while back.

I got banned fir boosting to 55 then doing glitch
