well i just got GTA IV and i don't know all about the modding things so if you can answer my first question. can you get banned for modding GTA IV?

Rickstar is known for actually watching there games so there not being modded
Cod doesnt care so much as long as its the older games,just dont derank ppl on cod and u wont be banned. Also create a dummy account
