I am going to build my own computer and im wondering if this build can support CoD and Some Minecraft?

Processor: Intel Core i5 processor i5-2500s (2.70GHz base; 3.7GHz Max Turbo, 6MB Cache)( )
Operating system: Windows 7 Professional 64 - English
Display: None - Desktop"
Graphics: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD
Memory: 8GB (4 X 2GB) PC3-8500 DDR3 1067MHZ SDRAM SODIMM Memory
Hard Drive: 500GB, 7200RPM Serial ATA 2.5" Hard Drive
Optical Drive: DVD Recordable Serial ATA

That graphics card looks like it can barely run Minecraft on high settings, I think that your gonna have to upgrade to something a little bit better.
