Okay. I had baseball workouts the other day and we did our Max and when I did Power Cleans I think I might have torn something. But my shoulder is like really sore. Anybody know any good ways to get rid of soreness?

have a Cold Shower Or Bath then have a Hot Shower then back to a Cold shower it will relax u and get rid of some of the pain

But really, I did my max and I was sore, and it was gone like 2 days later.

Ice it, Move it around as much as you can, Just so it doesn't get stiff, and Go to the Doctor's And see if it's a tear or just a pull. Hope I helped

take a paracetamol, you cant get rid of it, its not something that just goes away, it might be gone by tomorrow, its just something that happens when your not used to doing that much, its like your body telling you to stop for abit
