hi im looking to buy a 200 pounds graphics card but im not sure if my processor will slow my gaming down ..... i have 1.80 ghz cpu....... if not can someone tell me wat one to buy

First of all, buy a new supply. I would recommend a rocketfish 550W and for the GPU buy a 560Ti. I like Gigabyte but Asus is really good too.

You're going to need to upgrade your power supply before you can get really any decent graphics cards.

Totally side tracked from the question, yes your CPU is bad, really bad.
i3-110$
560ti- 180$ to 300$
550watt rocketfish PS- 40
