it depends on the situation. most people don't necessarily need it, though.

i prob should have clarified this as offensiive to some people but its the truth and in my town i have the highest welfare rate in new york state and my mother works as hard as she can every day (and my parents are divorced) and she goes in at 3 am and gets out at 4 pm. and she runs a dialyses clinic. and yes certain people do have the right to be on it but the people who use it to leech and sell drugs to triple that money (which is frequent in my town)or do other stuff with it. and my town is not scumy just being overwhelmed with drug addicts, and alcoholics.

Woah now, Welfare is there for people who need it. Therefor you hate people who abuse it, State what you mean more clearly.
