Well this could be one reason, when you go to bed your body numbs up and you paralyzed. But it is normal, so you just waking up because of a sudden jerk or something might of not woken your body up for a little bit of time

If you could please tell me how to get rid of it or learn how to deal with it if it wont harm me if I even am being attacked by one.
