What do you mean as in ISO Lobby? do you mean Car spawning map mods etc? Cause join a freemode, theres a modder in there 75%. or if you mean 10th lobby,try to find a service on here or find someone on gta that could do it. join a TDM, with you're prefences as Auto Aim: Allow
Police: On
Friendly-Fire: Off

Do this in single player at you're phone, you will find a game.
