There is no 'best' build order for any race. All build orders can and when you play better players, will be countered by another build order. Also, it depends on which race you play against, and the ability of the other player(s)

As you're new to the game, I assume you aren't very good (I don't mean to sound mean or anything), good thing is, you will be put into a low level ladder against players with your same general ability.

When playing against 'noobs' who haven't learnt enough build orders to counter you, the best builds you can probably do is:

Zerg - Zergling Rush - Pretty self explainatary, get some workers and get some Zerglings out as soon as possible. If you're fast enough the other player will have built no defenses or units yet, making for an easy win.

Protoss - 4 gate - This involves building 4 (or more) warp gates and putting Pylons in the other teams base, enabling you to warp in new units, giving you constant reinforcements. HuskyStarcraft has a very good tutorial for this method, with the build order in the description: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Protoss - If playing gainst Zerg, the 2 base Immortal Timing is very affective against all ability levels, and is probably the most popular. Again, HuskyStarcraft has a very good tutorial on it, WhiteRa (Runner up in the Ukraine finals I believe) explains it with him here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

TeamLiquid has the build orders for pretty much every strategy there is, although you will probably want to avoid trying to learn to many of them until you fully know what you're doing.

Zerg: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Terran: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Let me know if you need more help, I know how hard it is to learn it all Bet advice I can give is to perfect them 1 at a time against the AI, or in training matches.

you shouldnt have a mandatory order but try to follow A guideline and adjust in responses to what they are building like if you 8 pool terran and dont add to that like you dont respond after that attack if you dont wipe them out you will loose combining builds is very effective I really reccomend you look up Day 9 he has made me go up in sc2 ive gotten alot better because of him.
