I think its oke but maybe try using bolder text and alot more colours (bright colours always a winner). also not much going on in the back ground... not bad tho

Anyway. What program are you using to make these? If you're not using photoshop, use that. Or if you can't get hold of it, try GIMP, it's free and even more easy to get used to.

That is quite good if you're just starting out, try working on the text a little more though
