My job at 9a.m. has mostly screwed me with being able to stay up late so i cant relate to this except from past experience.

The best way i know is just to go to sleep at about 10p.m. and just try to stay asleep for as long as possible.

Mine too, I end up staying awake all night and then trying to stay awake for the whole day thinking I can get my sleep schedule back to normal but I always drift off, and it just continues :/

What I do is dont go to bed untill the next night like at around 11, or what ever time you want to fall asleep at and then you should wake up at a normal time and you will be good. Im doing that right now

Yeah, I was doing the exact same thing. I had to watch my lil bro all day, but I was waking up at 3 or five in the afternoon, so my parents started waking me up at 11 everyday to make me tired in the afternoon so that I would go to bed earlier from lack of sleep. You will get back on track in a few days.

Earlier this summer I was going to sleep at 10:00 AM and waking up at like 6:00.

I stayed up until like 11:00 PM and now I am on a good schedule.
