In my opinion, I think it could be a haunted part of your house, you could have mental issues. You should just talk to a doctor.

Thanks for sharing. But like blaze1d said, could you help me? Like i have heard so many times on this topic, im starting to get into my head, i either have a case of OCD, or there is a demon in my home. Honestly i have no idea, but if things get worse, i will consult somone.

go sleep somewhere else in your house and see if this still happens as i use to sleep upstairs and when i did i would wake up a lot around 3 or at 3. but now im downstairs and it never happens anymore

ive been having weird dreams too for the past week or so there really messed up like im either getting killed or its just demonic like i dont know whats going i cant really tell you what it is. just hope your not being haunted.

Go to a therapist and/or guidence counslor. They may be able to help you but to me your not getting attacked by demons its probably something mental.
