Edit: If you press the buttons and the same amount of lights still show it is the next number in the sequence but it just happens to be the same as the one before.

That can be either a problem with the AV cable or a problem with the HANA chip, try a different cable if it doesn't work then its pretty safe to say your problem lies with the HANA chip and your console will probably need a reflow, but to make sure go and ask someone in the marketplace who has a sticky for repairs and ask what they suggest doing.

but i fixed it just huvered the inside because i cant get my warrent thingy and now the color has gone all green

I had that it lasted for about a morning maybe later (wouldn't didn't try to play during day) and then it was better at night its nothing I suggest buying a fan.

i got a fan but it wond fit behind my xbox because my tv only just fits on the part of my room
