Well recently i bought a blackberry, from america. The ebay user said that the phone was unlocked as i live in the uk the phone would need to be unlocked. Everytime i put my sim in it, says "Search for networks".. Then after a slow wait, it says "No signal", Anyone have a clue what's wrong with it or how to fix it
+Rep thanks.

No you don't. Different models of phones support different frequencies. Carriers have different frequencies, and therefore recieve different models of phones suited to their frequiences. Many carriers in the US and the UK share the same frequiences, so if his unlocked phone is not working, then it could be a problem with the phone itself.

It should work, try asking this question at an O2 store. They may be able to help you.
