Take your router and shake it.

Don't do that crappy net tools 5 crap.
There's better.

1. Open up Notepad, and type Ping -t -l 60000 then space once.

2. Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

3. Look under "Proxy ip: port" and try to find an ip with a large number. Copy the number.
Example: 200.97.128.62:3128

4. Paste the number into Notepad after the previously typed phrase.

5. Delete the last set of numbers, including the colon.
Example: Ping -t -l 60000 200.97.128.62

6. Go to File, Save As. Save the file as (Insert name).BAT

7. Open up the batch (.bat) file 4-6 time to ensure maximum lagging! You can open more but run the risk of being lagged out of xbox live.

8. Change the proxy IP every 2 hours to ensure max lagging, because proxies die quick.
