Well I'll be, you actually got 5 slime chunks in there.
There are also 2 more near you, dig up to Z: -16 and X:128 and you'll add two more slime chunks to that.

Also i dug the whole thing without any help and without TNT so it took a while. I only have 2 big and 1 small slime in there right now because i just killed all of them. Earlier i had 17 big ones, 4 mediums and 6 small ones at the same time.
