well im trying te see which is better i dont plan to do cl but put it on me jtag so which is better

SDK is a software developement kit which is a program used for your computer and an XDK is an xbox developement kit which is what you use to execute the things you have created with the SDK... so there not even the same thing, therefore one cannot say that either of the two is better
