You can't change the country of an account. You can change your language and locale at system settings and make a new account though.

Im pretty sure if you download it on a different profile on the same xbox every profile on teh xbox can use it

i know but the points were from canada so i made a profile that has info from canada and i tryd to download and says its not available to download. do they not have cod4 on demand at canada or somthing and i live in the states so thats why

if you would license transfer i would give you the account but since you put the troll face i dont think your being serious i would even take a screen shot to show you the account has the points for proof
