My iPhone 4s is jailbroken on 5.1.1, and i use to be able to put my own wallpaper on my home screen, now its just always black no matter what. Its weird because when i click on a folder i see the wallpaper i put but when i close the folder it goes right back to black?

Any suggestions please?

SAME thing happened to me. i tried using a backup but it didn't work i had to restore my whole device which was terrible but worked

If you download Winterboard and go into select themes, theres an option to use "User wallpaper". That should work.

it wont even let me restore my device at all

Ok basically it's calling them up and saying metephoricaly "Hi,I have a problem.I recently jail broken my iphone so i could buy apps and such for free basically stealing which is making you and other companies loose money but it's not working properly.Please help me to solve this problem so i can steal from you and others more.Thanks " See what i mean? Like he said.DERP!

Its most likely the theme you have. Try switching themes.
