if you dont know them check em out if your into metal like me you should love them. if there are any bands in there thats already in the list sorry lol but these are the bands I listen to and learn on guitar

Also, I was reading some of the comments saying metal is a bunch of none sense and noise.. to some that may be true but if your a musician like me try actually listening to each instrument and how the song is played and how it all comes together..its not just about blast beats its about technique.

Call me a hipster all you want, whether something's mainstream or not is completely irrelevant to what I believe and that goes both ways. If you think I'm being rude, I don't really see that. Arguing =/= rude.

I like my sub-genres. A lot.
