so i recorded a video and when i play it the audio is 1 second behind the video how do i fix this?

You don't seem very bright, sony vegas is the easiest program to use. If the audio is 1 second behind, highlight the video track and hit "U." This will make the audio and video parts separate, so you can move the audio 1 second over.
