you don't open it with anything. Redownload it and just drag it into horizon. Don't do anything to the file.

yeah its easiest to save it to your desktop and then minimize your internet browser and then drag the saved file into the gray middle area on horizon, change the ID to your gamertag instead of the one thats originally there(you have to download that to horizon as well for this to work, but once you download it once its on there for good so you dont have to keep redownloading your gamertag) then once you change the ID you click on the top right corner where it says save to device, save it then you should have it. and sometimes when you download it to your flash drive and try and open it, it will freeze sometimes so once its downloaded and the flash drive is in your xbox move the map from the flash drive to the hard drive.
